All standard-sized cookies are individually heat-sealed in clear cellophane bags to ensure freshness. They will remain fresh for about 2-3 weeks in the packaging. It is best to store the packaged cookies at room temperature, away from heat and sunlight. Please avoid refrigerating the cookies, as condensation can ruin the artwork. Your order will include a cookie care instruction card.

A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure your order on our calendar. For large orders, a 50% deposit. The overall quote and payment details will be included with the design board, which will be emailed for review a week before the required date. Full payment must be made before the pickup/shipping date. We accept payments through Zelle.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new date. If we are unable to reschedule your order and have not yet started on it, you will receive a full refund. No full refunds will be given if the cancellation is made within 2 weeks of the event date.

Local pickup is available in Whitestone, New York (Queens). The exact address will be provided on the invoice. We will contact you a few days before the pickup date to arrange the pickup time.
